Welsh Language Courses and Events

Ty Newydd is the only centre in the world solely dedicated to writing which holds courses in the Welsh language - probably the oldest living language in Europe and the first language of most of the people in the area.

An annual weekend festival dedicated to Welsh strict metre poetry is held every November.
