WRITING TO ENGAGE
September 3rd and 4th Simon Beavis
and Jackie Wills
Cost: (for 2 days all inclusive) £225 per person

Writing to Engage: These two professional writers will share with you some of the tricks of the trade over this two day session. They'll explore how to give your writing more impact and use writing to engage your readers.  You might want to develop your writing at work, sharpen the style of your blog or experiment with writing articles - the course will offer you a range of different starting points. If you have a specific issue you want to address, Simon and Jackie are also holding writing surgeries. There will be plenty of time for discussion, reading and walks. Bring three examples of your favourite writing for the first session - they could be from a novel, biography, guidebook, advert, song, poem or annual report!
