NEW NATURE WRITING
May 24-29 Nigel Brown
and Mark Cocker
Guest: Ruth Padel

Residential: £525 (single); £450 (shared)  Shared rooms only now available.

New Nature Writing has been described as an attempt to draw together in one literary form both science and art. What better way to explore this exciting new field than with a biologist who feels and thinks like a poet, and an author whose writings brim with a deep passion for wildlife. The week will involve both an exploration of how the environment works and how one finds the words to express encounters with landscape and living things. So bring your wellies, your field guides and your laptop.
